Density: About 3.84 g/cm³ for anatase type, 4.26 g/cm³ for rutile type.

Melting point: 1843°C (anatase will be converted to rutile at high temperature)

Crystal structure: Mainly anatase (tetragonal crystal system) and rutile (tetragonal crystal system).

Application

Coating industry: Titanium Dioxide granules are used in coatings to effectively cover imperfections on the surface of the object being coated by virtue of its excellent covering power, and at the same time reflecting light so that the coating has good gloss and weathering resistance, and extends the service life of the coating.
