Silicon nitride is a ceramic material with high hardness, stable structure, small thermal expansion coefficient, excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and excellent thermal and chemical properties.

Our silicon nitride powder has the characteristics of high purity, high nitrogen content, narrow particle size distribution, and high sintering activity. It can be widely used in many fields such as high-tech structural ceramics, various wear-resistant materials, refractory materials, etc.

Features:

The product has high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, and low bulk density; the ultraviolet reflectivity is above 95% and the absorption rate of the infrared band is above 97%, with good chemical corrosion resistance, strong lubrication performance, high hardness, and low sliding friction coefficient.

Applications:

Manufacturing structural components: such as rolling bearing balls and rollers, sliding bearings, sleeves, valves and structural components with wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance requirements in metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, aviation, aerospace and energy industries, and nozzles;

Surface treatment of metals and other materials: such as alloys such as molds, cutting tools, turbine blades, turbine rotors and cylinder inner wall coatings;

Composite materials: such as metal, ceramic and graphite-based composite materials, rubber, plastic, coatings, adhesives and other polymer-based composite materials;

Wear-resistant self-lubricating nanoparticle films, used for surface protection of mobile phones, automobiles, etc., wear-resistant coatings, electrophoretic paint additives, and high wear resistance.

Storage:

This product should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time to prevent moisture from agglomeration, which will affect the dispersion performance and use effect. In addition, it should avoid heavy pressure and contact with oxidants. It should be transported as ordinary goods.
