VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH (VIMATERIAL) employs a stringent quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of our product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire production chain, and for defective products, we strictly enforce the principle of rework and redo. Each batch is released only after passing detailed specification tests.

VIMATERIAL adheres to the highest standards in all aspects to ensure the provision of high-quality products and services. From research and development, production, to shipping, and customer service, VIMATERIAL manages the entire process meticulously. Any deviations or non-conformities are strictly investigated according to the 8D problem-solving procedure. We fully comply with the requirements of the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) to better serve our customers within the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA).

Our products comply with all ASTM and industry-specific standards. VIMATERIAL is committed to the highest possible quality control and consistency between batches. We strongly support the overall goals of the REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) to improve and protect human health and the environment, creating a sustainable world. Manufacturing QA/QC

The following outlines how VIMATERIAL’s quality control ensures the highest quality of our products.

Raw Material Selection

We rigorously select high-purity raw materials to ensure the quality and consistency of the final product.

Process Monitoring

QA manages the entire production process to ensure quality. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is applied to product and process development. The equipment and production environment are monitored and controlled, Statistical Process Control (SPC) is implemented during production, and the reliability of the product is monitored daily.

Multiple Testing Procedures

Each batch undergoes multiple testing procedures, including chemical composition analysis, physical property testing, and microstructure inspection. For non-conforming products, we strictly enforce a no-release policy and perform rework.

Continuous Improvement

Through continuous quality improvement and innovation, we constantly enhance the performance and reliability of our products. We also value customer feedback and use it as a key basis for improving quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
