Preparation method:

 

Vacuum melting method: In a vacuum environment, high purity zinc and tellurium are heated to a certain temperature (usually above 800 ° C to 900 ° C), so that they are melted and fully mixed, and then cooled and solidified to obtain zinc telluride material, and then ground into particles.

Application field:
