Flat panel display: used for LCD and OLED displays, can prepare transparent conductive films as electrodes or electron transport/buffer layers to improve display effects and device stability.

Photovoltaic industry: Prepare window layers or buffer layers for thin-film solar cells to improve light absorption efficiency and battery stability, and also used to construct heterojunctions to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency.

Storage

Zinc Oxide sputtering targets should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment at room temperature (15-25℃) and relative humidity of 40%-60%, using vacuum packaging or inner packaging filled with inert gas and sturdy outer packaging with cushioning materials, away from heat sources, water sources and chemical pollution sources, and stored horizontally and stably.
