Preparation method:

 

Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) : By reacting the precursor gas containing tungsten and selenium at high temperature, it is deposited on the substrate to form Tungsten Selenide film, and then the film can be crushed to obtain Tungsten Selenide powder.

 

Hot pressing sintering method: tungsten powder and selenium powder are mixed in a certain proportion, sintered at high temperature and high pressure to obtain WSe₂ block material, and then ground it into powder.

 

Application field:

 

Semiconductor field: WSe₂ is a semiconductor material with a band gap between wide-gap semiconductors and zero-band gap graphene, which has potential applications in semiconductor device manufacturing, such as field-effect transistors, logic circuits, and so on.

 

Energy field: It can be used as a negative electrode material for lithium-ion batteries, which can improve the specific capacity, charge and discharge ratio performance and cycle life of lithium-ion batteries.

 

Optical field: Due to its good optical performance, it can be used in optical coatings, lasers, photodetectors and other optical devices.
