Basic Information

Crystal structure: Orthorhombic, monoclinic and triclinic structures, of which orthorhombic is the most typical.
Appearance: WO₃ particles are usually light yellow or yellowish green.

Application Fields

Optical films and coatings: Tungsten Oxide is used in the preparation of various optical films and coatings, such as anti-reflective coatings, transmittance enhancement films and filters.

Transistors and integrated circuits: Tungsten Oxide, as a semiconductor material, has potential applications in the field of transistors and integrated circuits.
