Titanium Suboxide sputtering target is a material used in Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) technology, the main components of which are titanium and oxygen. Applications

Semiconductor manufacturing: Titanium Suboxide sputtering targets are used for the deposition of thin films in the semiconductor chip manufacturing process. They are used as a barrier layer to prevent atomic diffusion between different materials, e.g. in copper interconnections, and help to improve the performance and stability of the chip.

Flat panel display industry: In the manufacture of liquid crystal displays (LCD) and organic light emitting diode displays (OLED), TiOx sputtering targets are used to form thin films of transparent conductive oxides (TCO), which improves the conductivity and optical transparency of the displays and enhances the display effect.

Solar Photovoltaic: Used in the manufacture of solar cells, Titanium Suboxide sputtering targets can be deposited on the surface of the cell to form an anti-reflective coating or act as an electron transport layer to increase the efficiency of light absorption and charge transport, thus improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.
