Titanium Dioxide sputtering target is a kind of high-performance magnetron sputtering target material composed of titanium and oxygen, with high purity, high hardness, high melting point and good chemical stability, which is widely used in the fields of optics, electronics, coatings, environmental protection and so on.
Our company supplies Titanium Dioxide sputtering targets. Our Titanium Dioxide sputtering targets are characterised by high purity, good chemical stability, high hardness and high melting point. VIMATERIAL offers a target binding service and all products are available on a customised basis, please contact us for further information.
Molecular formula: TiO₂
Molecular weight: about 79.87 g/mol
Appearance: usually white or off-white targets
Density: anatase type about 3.8 – 3.9 g/cm³, rutile type about 4.2 – 4.3 g/cm³.
Melting point: about 1800 – 1875°C
Boiling point: about 2900℃
Crystal structure: Mainly anatase and rutile. In anatase type, the titanium atom is located in the centre of the cube, the oxygen atom is at the vertex and the midpoint of the prism, the titanium atom is coordinated with six oxygen atoms and the oxygen atom is coordinated with three titanium atoms; in rutile type, the titanium atom is at the centre of the octahedron, the oxygen atom is at the vertex of the octahedron, the titanium atom is coordinated with six oxygen atoms and the oxygen atom is coordinated with three titanium atoms.
Electronics industry: Titanium Oxide sputtering targets are used in the manufacture of capacitors in electronic devices. With its high dielectric constant, it can effectively increase the capacitance storage capacity and enhance the performance of electronic devices.
Optoelectronics: In the manufacture of solar cells, it is used for the preparation of anti-reflective coatings and transparent conductive oxide films, which can reduce the loss of light reflection and improve the efficiency of photoelectric conversion.
Display technology field: used in liquid crystal displays (LCD) and organic light-emitting diode displays (OLED), can be prepared with high transparency, high conductivity of the thin film electrode, improve the clarity of the display and response speed.
Optical coating field: In the coating process of optical lenses, telescopes and other optical instruments, Titanium Oxide sputtering targets can increase the anti-reflective properties and hardness of the lenses, making the imaging of optical components clearer and more wear-resistant.
Our products strictly comply with the quality management system. There are strict inspection standards for incoming materials, processing, final inspection and factory inspection. Strict isolation measures are taken for unqualified processing to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process. Samples are provided for customer re-inspection according to customer requirements.
Titanium Dioxide sputtering targets are packed in double-layer vacuum bags and then boxed and packed in cartons.
Titanium Dioxide sputtering targets should be stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated environment, avoiding moisture, high temperature, strong light and contact with corrosive substances, and at the same time, we should pay attention to preventing physical damage to the targets.
VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH (VIMATERIAL) employs a stringent quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of our product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire production chain, and for defective products, we strictly enforce the principle of rework and redo. Each batch is released only after passing detailed specification tests.
Every batch of our materials is independently tested, and, if necessary, we send samples to certified companies for testing. We provide these documents and analysis certificates with the shipment to certify that our products meet the required standards.
