Applications
Soldering material:
In the electronics industry, Tin Silver Copper Alloy is used as a lead-free solder for soldering electronic components on circuit boards. Tin-silver-copper alloy has a relatively low melting point, good wettability and conductivity, which ensures a reliable connection between electronic components, such as in the manufacture of smart phones, computer motherboards and other electronic products.
