Raw material selection: Select iron (Fe) and silicon (Si) block metals with a purity greater than 99.9%, mix them in a certain ratio (such as 1:1 or adjust the ratio according to specific needs) to obtain alloy raw materials;
Smelting and mixing: Mix iron and silicon in a certain ratio, melt them under vacuum conditions, refine and cast them, and obtain ingots after cooling;
Heat treatment: The ingot is forged at high temperature to open the blank, and then forged at low temperature in three directions to fully break the blank structure. After forging, the billet is recrystallized within a certain temperature range to obtain a fine grain size;
Cold deformation and annealing: The billet is subjected to multiple cold deformation and recovery annealing to further refine the grains and realize the preparation of ultrafine grained Fe-Si alloy targets;
Machining: The slab after heat treatment and cold deformation annealing is leveled, and after cooling, the obtained slab is machined to finally obtain Fe-Si alloy targets;
Quality inspection: The prepared silicon iron alloy targets are subjected to quality inspection, including composition analysis, density measurement, microstructure observation, etc., to ensure that they meet the use requirements.
Electronic industry: Used in the coating process of manufacturing electronic components such as thin film transistors (TFT), solar cells, integrated circuits, etc. to improve the performance and stability of electronic components.
Optical field: In the preparation of optical films, silicon iron alloy targets can be used to form coating layers with specific optical properties, such as reflective films, anti-reflective films, etc.
Tool coating: Used to improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and service life of tools and molds, and reduce production costs.
