Crystal structure: It has various crystal structures, the common ones are cubic crystal system (3C-SiC) and hexagonal crystal system (4H-SiC, 6H-SiC, etc.). Different crystal structures give SiC tube targets different physical properties, such as electrical and thermal properties.
