Select raw materials (accurately weigh potassium oxide (K₂O) or potassium carbonate (K₂CO₃) and niobium oxide (Nb₂O₅) at a molar ratio of 1:1) → Mixing and ball milling → High temperature sintering → Molding → Hot pressing sintering → Machining and polishing
Potassium niobate has good electrical properties, so it is widely used in electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, acoustic wave devices and other fields. Potassium niobate can be used to prepare capacitors, piezoelectric ceramics, surface acoustic wave devices, etc. In addition, potassium niobate can also be used to prepare optical materials, catalysts, etc.
Our products are subject to the strictest quality management system. There are strict inspection standards for incoming materials, process, final inspection and factory inspection. Strict isolation measures will be adopted for unqualified processing to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process. Samples will be provided to customers according to customer requirements for re-inspection.
Potassium niobate sputtering targets are packed in double vacuum bags and cartons.
Potassium niobate sputtering targets should be stored in a dry environment and sealed with vacuum packaging or desiccant. Avoid long-term contact with water or wet air during storage to prevent material decomposition or performance degradation.
The storage environment temperature should be maintained at 15~30°C to avoid phase change or crystal performance degradation caused by high temperature.
Avoid contact with other chemicals, especially acidic or alkaline gases. It is recommended to use an inert gas environment (such as argon) during storage to prevent chemical reactions.
Regularly check whether there are cracks, oxidation spots or contamination on the surface of the target, and re-polish if necessary.
VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH (VIMATERIAL) employs a stringent quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of our product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire production chain, and for defective products, we strictly enforce the principle of rework and redo. Each batch is released only after passing detailed specification tests.
Every batch of our materials is independently tested, and, if necessary, we send samples to certified companies for testing. We provide these documents and analysis certificates with the shipment to certify that our products meet the required standards.
