1. Chemical reaction method:
Mix vanadium pentoxide (V₂O₅) and potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution, stir and heat to about 100°C, and react to form potassium metavanadate.
Cool the solution, precipitate crystals and filter.
Wash and dry at 80~100°C.
2. Solid phase reaction method:
Mix V₂O₅ and potassium carbonate (K₂CO₃) in a stoichiometric ratio.
High temperature calcination.
Cool, dissolve, filter, crystallize and dry to obtain the product.
