Applications
Electronic devices: In semiconductor manufacturing, Niobium Carbide can be used to prepare metal gates, interconnect lines, etc., which helps to improve the performance and integration of chips. Its good conductivity and stability to meet the requirements of electronic devices on high-precision, high-performance film materials, but also as a diffusion barrier layer to prevent the mutual diffusion of different metal layers to improve the reliability and stability of electronic devices.
Hard coating: Niobium Carbide can be used to prepare hard wear-resistant coatings on the surface of cutting tools, molds and other tools, which can significantly improve the hardness, wear resistance and cutting performance of the tools, reduce tool wear and improve machining accuracy and efficiency, and is suitable for high-speed cutting, precision machining and other fields.
Decorative coating: Niobium Carbide can be used to prepare decorative films with special color and luster, which can be applied to jewelry, watches, glasses and other high-grade accessories, as well as automobiles, electronic products and other decorative parts, giving the product unique visual effects and decorative properties.
Energy field: In lithium-ion batteries and other energy storage devices, Niobium Carbide can be used as electrode materials or electrode modification layer to improve the battery’s charging and discharging performance and cycle life. In addition, its high melting point and stability also make it has potential application value in nuclear energy, solar energy and other fields, such as for the preparation of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant coating materials to improve the reliability and efficiency of energy equipment.
VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH (VIMATERIAL) employs a stringent quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of our product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire production chain, and for defective products, we strictly enforce the principle of rework and redo. Each batch is released only after passing detailed specification tests.
Every batch of our materials is independently tested, and, if necessary, we send samples to certified companies for testing. We provide these documents and analysis certificates with the shipment to certify that our products meet the required standards.
