Crystal structure: Nickel vanadium alloys have a face-centred cubic lattice structure. In this structure the atoms are located at the top eight corners and at the centres of the six faces of the cube, and this close packed structure gives the alloy high strength and good toughness.

Applications

Aerospace: Used in the manufacture of aero-engine blades, with its high-temperature strength and anti-fatigue properties, it improves the reliability and durability of the engine under extreme working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.

Automotive manufacturing: It is used in key components of automotive engines, such as valve springs and piston pins, to improve the performance and service life of automotive engines by taking advantage of its good elasticity and wear-resistant properties.
