Appearance: Typically silver grey metallic luster.

Density: The density is about 6.45g/cm³.

Melting point: generally between 1240℃-1310℃.

Boiling point: about 2980℃.

Crystal structure: It has unique shape memory effect and super elasticity, and its crystal structure will undergo martensitic phase transformation at different temperatures. At low temperatures, it is a martensitic phase with monoclinic structure, and when the temperature rises to a certain degree, it will be transformed into an austenitic phase with cubic structure.

Applications

Electronic information field: used in the manufacture of semiconductor devices in the film, can improve the chip performance and miniaturisation.

Flat panel display industry: can be used as the preparation of transparent conductive film in the display device materials, to improve the display effect and response speed of the screen.

Solar energy field: can be used in the preparation of solar panels in part of the function of the film, help to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
