Nickel Oxide sputtering target is a material used in Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) technology, which mainly consists of nickel oxide. In the sputtering process, nickel oxide atoms are deposited on the surface of the substrate by ion bombardment, which is used for the preparation of thin films with properties of electricity, optics, magnetism, etc, used in the fields of battery electrode materials and optical coatings.
