Applications of Neodymium oxide Granules

Permanent magnetic materials: Neodymium oxide is a key raw material for NdFeB permanent magnets, which feature high magnetic energy and coercivity and are widely used in electric motors, wind turbines, aerospace and electronic devices.

Alloy materials: Adding 1.5%–2.5% nano neodymium oxide to magnesium or aluminum alloys improves high-temperature performance, airtightness and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for aerospace and automotive applications.

Laser materials: Neodymium oxide is used to produce neodymium-doped laser crystals such as Nd:YAG, which are widely applied in laser cutting, welding, marking and medical treatments.

Glass coloring agent: When added to glass, neodymium oxide provides bright red to purple hues and is commonly used in optical and decorative glass manufacturing.

Ceramics: As a ceramic dopant, neodymium oxide improves ceramic performance and imparts a reddish-purple color, especially in high-temperature enamels.

Electronic field: Neodymium oxide is used as a dopant in ceramic capacitors to enhance their electrical performance.
