Applications

Iron and steel metallurgy field: MnO granules , as an important raw material for steelmaking, can regulate the composition and properties of slag in the process of converter steelmaking, effectively remove sulfur, phosphorus and other impurities in steel, and improve the quality of steel.

Battery materials: Electrode materials can be used to prepare new types of batteries, participating in electrochemical reactions by virtue of their own characteristics, providing stable charging and discharging performance for batteries, and helping to supply power to small appliances such as wearable devices.

Chemical catalysis: In some organic synthesis reactions, MnO granules act as catalysts, which can reduce the activation energy of the reaction and accelerate the reaction rate, for example, catalysing the oxidation of alcohols to improve the production efficiency of chemical products.

Magnetic materials: Because of its magnetic properties, MnO granules can be used in the formulation of magnetic materials to produce small electromagnets, magnetic sensors, etc., to meet the demand for precise magnetic control of electronic devices.

Ceramics industry: added to ceramic blanks, MnO granules can improve the sintering performance of ceramics on the one hand, making it easier to densify the blanks, and on the other hand, it can give ceramics a unique colour, broadening the decorative use of ceramics.

Quality Control

A strict quality assurance system is adopted for each batch to ensure the reliability of product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the production chain, and we strictly enforce the principle of reworking and redoing defective products. Our products meet all ASTM and industry specific standards.

Packaging and Storage

Manganese Oxide granules are packed in double vacuum bottles, vacuum bagged outside and packed in cartons.

Manganese Oxide granules should be stored in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment, sealed, avoiding contact with water, acids, reducing agents and other substances susceptible to chemical reactions, and also away from sources of ignition and heat, to prevent a change in properties.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH (VIMATERIAL) employs a stringent quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of our product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire production chain, and for defective products, we strictly enforce the principle of rework and redo. Each batch is released only after passing detailed specification tests.

Every batch of our materials is independently tested, and, if necessary, we send samples to certified companies for testing. We provide these documents and analysis certificates with the shipment to certify that our products meet the required standards.
