Magnesium Oxide-doped Zinc Oxide granules is a kind of particulate material doped with magnesium oxide into zinc oxide, both the basic characteristics of zinc oxide, through the doping of magnesium oxide in the crystal structure, electrical properties, optical properties and other aspects of the change, can be used in electronics, optics and other fields of the preparation of materials.

VIMATERIAL produces Magnesium Oxide-doped Zinc Oxide granules  with high purity, the size can be customized according to your requirements, support small batch packaging, small MOQ, if you need to experiment, please contact us.

Physical Properties

Molecular formula: ZnO:MgO

Molecular weight: according to the ratio

Appearance: usually white granules.

Crystal structure: still maintains the hexagonal crystal system of fibrillated zincite structure is mainly, but due to the doping of magnesium oxide, will make the crystal structure of a certain degree of aberration, resulting in changes in lattice constants and other parameters, which in turn affects its physical and chemical properties.

Applications

Transparent conductive electrode: Magnesium Oxide-doped Zinc Oxide granules s are used in thin-film solar cells as a transparent conductive electrode, allowing light to pass through while conducting electrons to enhance the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery. Also used in display electrodes to ensure good conductivity and light transmission to realize clear display.

Electronic devices: used as channel layer material in thin film transistors, using its electrical properties to enhance carrier mobility, speed up the transistor switching speed, and optimize device performance.

Sensor field: to make gas sensors, whose electrical properties change when specific gases are adsorbed on the surface of particles, and to monitor the concentration of gases such as hydrogen and carbon monoxide by detecting such changes.

Optical materials: Used in optical filters to filter light of specific wavelengths by virtue of their selective absorption and transmission properties. Used as anti-reflective coatings to reduce reflection, increase light transmission, and improve the efficiency of optical systems.

Quality Control

Each batch of products will be inspected for composition, dimensions and other characteristics and an inspection report will be issued. Samples of each batch of products will be provided to the customer for re-inspection. Third party inspection is also available upon request.

Packaging and Storage

We use vacuum bags or double vacuum bottles.

Magnesium Oxide-doped Zinc Oxide granules should be stored in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture, oxidation, and contact with corrosive substances and impurities, as well as to avoid direct light and high temperature, and the storage container should be well sealed to maintain its physical and chemical properties stable.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH (VIMATERIAL) employs a stringent quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of our product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire production chain, and for defective products, we strictly enforce the principle of rework and redo. Each batch is released only after passing detailed specification tests.

Every batch of our materials is independently tested, and, if necessary, we send samples to certified companies for testing. We provide these documents and analysis certificates with the shipment to certify that our products meet the required standards.
