Indium Zinc Tin Oxide targets are an important functional material.

Basic Information:

Composition: Indium Zinc Tin Oxide targets are mainly composed of Indium Oxide (In₂O₃), Zinc Oxide (ZnO), and Tin Oxide (SnO₂), which are mixed in a certain ratio of these three metal oxides.

Structure: Usually with a polycrystalline structure, the characteristics of the crystal structure affect the physical and chemical properties of the target, as well as the quality of the subsequently prepared films.

Electrical properties: High carrier mobility, which enables IZTO films to achieve fast charge transport in electronic devices, is important for the manufacture of high-performance electronic devices such as thin-film transistors (TFTs).

Optical properties: High transmittance in the visible range, but also in the infrared region. These optical properties make IZTO targets potentially valuable for applications in optical devices and solar cells.

Application areas:

Flat panel display: in liquid crystal display (LCD), active organic light-emitting diode display (AMOLED) and flexible display and other flat panel display technology, IZTO targets can be used to prepare the semiconductor layer of the TFT, can improve the performance and resolution of the display.

Solar cells: Indium Zinc Tin Oxide film has good conductivity and optical properties, can be used as transparent electrode materials for solar cells, improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.

Sensors: The electrical properties of Indium Zinc Tin Oxide materials are sensitive to the gas, temperature, humidity and other factors in the environment, and can be used to prepare a variety of sensors, such as gas sensors, temperature sensors and so on.
