Copper Titanium sputtering target is an alloy material composed of two elements, copper and titanium, which is widely used in the field of physical vapor deposition and chemical vapor deposition in order to prepare thin films of copper titanium alloy alloy sputtering target.

VIMATERIAL’s Copper Titanium sputtering targets offer high purity, customized dimensions and can be supplied with a binding service. We are specialized in research and development, so please contact us for your needs.

Physical properties

Molecular formula: CuTi

Molecular weight: At 1:1 atomic ratio of copper to titanium, the molecular weight is about 111.413.

Appearance: Usually a target material with metallic luster, the color is related to the copper content, usually light copper to copper color.

Applications

Microelectronics and integrated circuits: In the manufacture of microelectronics and integrated circuits, it can be used to form thin-film structures such as metal interconnect layers, improve the conductivity and reliability of circuits, and provide efficient electrical connections between components within the chip.

Planar display field: In liquid crystal display (LCD), organic light-emitting diode display (OLED) and other planar display technologies, it is used to prepare transparent conductive electrodes, electrode wiring and other thin films, which helps to realize the high resolution of the screen and good display effect.

New energy field: in the solar photovoltaic industry, it can be used to prepare thin films such as electrodes or contact layers of solar cells, which can improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability of the cells and promote the efficient utilization of new energy.

Optical field: In the manufacture of optical lenses, optical fibers and other optical components, CuTi sputtering targets can be used for the preparation of optical films, such as transmittance enhancement films, reflective films, etc., to improve the optical performance of optical components and increase the transmittance or reflectivity of light.

Quality Control

Each batch of products has a strict inspection process, and can meet the quality traceability and continuous improvement, to ensure that the target material quality is stable and reliable, consistent performance. We will also provide samples for customers’ re-inspection.

Packaging and Storage

Copper Titanium sputtering targets are packed in vacuum double bags and then boxed.

Copper Titanium sputtering targets should be stored in dry, clean, well-ventilated environments with relatively stable temperature and humidity, avoiding contact with air, water and corrosive substances, and at the same time taking measures against collision and static electricity to ensure that the performance and quality of the targets are not affected.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH (VIMATERIAL) employs a stringent quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of our product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire production chain, and for defective products, we strictly enforce the principle of rework and redo. Each batch is released only after passing detailed specification tests.

Every batch of our materials is independently tested, and, if necessary, we send samples to certified companies for testing. We provide these documents and analysis certificates with the shipment to certify that our products meet the required standards.
