Packaging and Storage

Copper Sulfide sputtering targets are packed in double vacuum bags and then boxed for protection.

Copper Sulfide sputtering targets should be stored in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment, protected from light, placed in sealed containers, preferably filled with inert gas, and stored separately from strong oxidants, acids and other substances susceptible to chemical reactions, to avoid moisture, oxidation and contamination by impurities, to ensure that their physical and chemical properties are stable.
