Characteristics

Appearance: Metallic coloured target with some gloss, smooth surface

Crystal structure: typical alloy solid solution structure, copper and nickel atoms are evenly distributed in the lattice.

Applications

Electronic information field: In semiconductor chip manufacturing, CuNi sputtering target is commonly used in the preparation of metal interconnection layer and barrier layer.
