Application Fields:

Semiconductor field: In semiconductor manufacturing, Cerium fluoride target material can be used to prepare the insulating layer of electronic devices, conductive layer and other thin films, such as in the manufacture of integrated circuits, used to form an insulating layer between the metal interconnect layer, to improve the performance and reliability of the circuit.

Optical field: used in the manufacture of optical lenses, optical filters, optical windows and other optical components of the coating, can improve the optical performance of optical components, such as increasing light transmission, reduce reflection.

Magnetics field: In magnetic storage devices, such as hard discs, magnetic discs, etc., Cerium fluoride targets can be used to prepare magnetic recording films to improve the density and stability of magnetic storage.
