Application

1. Optical field: CaF2 crystals have low refractive index and low dispersion characteristics, and are often used to make optical lenses, prisms and window materials, and show excellent performance in optical systems in the ultraviolet and infrared bands.

2. Metallurgical industry: Calcium fluoride granules can be used as a flux in the production of steel and aluminum to improve the purification efficiency of metals.

3. Glass industry: Calcium fluoride granules is an important component in glass manufacturing and can be used to produce special glasses such as optical glass and fluorine-containing glass, giving the glass unique optical properties and durability.

4. Ceramic industry: Calcium fluoride granules is used as a flux in the ceramic industry to reduce the sintering temperature and improve the mechanical properties and chemical corrosion resistance of the product.

5. Chemical Industry: Calcium fluoride is a raw material for fluoride production. It can generate hydrogen fluoride (HF) through chemical reactions, which is an important precursor for the production of a variety of organic and inorganic fluorides. These fluorides are widely used in the production of refrigerants, pesticides and drugs.

Quality control

Our products implement the most stringent quality management system. There are strict inspection standards for incoming materials, processes, final inspections, and factory inspections. Strict isolation measures will be adopted for unqualified processing to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process. Samples will be provided to customers according to customer requirements for re-inspection.

Packaging and storage

Inner vacuum packaging, outer carton packaging.

Calcium fluoride granules should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place, and avoid mixing with strong acids, strong alkalis and other substances. During transportation, the packaging should be prevented from being damaged and leaking to avoid environmental pollution or personal injury. In addition, calcium fluoride waste should be harmlessly treated in accordance with environmental protection requirements to avoid pollution to the environment.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH (VIMATERIAL) employs a stringent quality assurance system to ensure the reliability of our product quality. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire production chain, and for defective products, we strictly enforce the principle of rework and redo. Each batch is released only after passing detailed specification tests.

Every batch of our materials is independently tested, and, if necessary, we send samples to certified companies for testing. We provide these documents and analysis certificates with the shipment to certify that our products meet the required standards.
