Preparation method:

Application field:

Solar cells: In thin film solar cells, cadmium sulfide can be used as a buffer layer material, which can improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability of the battery. Its good optical and electrical properties help to promote the separation and transport of photogenerated carriers.
