Cadmium Selenide sputtering target is a key material used in the sputtering coating process, consisting of cadmium and selenide, and is commonly used to prepare thin films for applications in electronics, optics and other fields, where its performance and quality play an important role in the properties and functions of the prepared films.

Applications

Semiconductor field: In the manufacture of semiconductor devices, it can be used to prepare semiconductor films. For example, specific functional layers are formed on the surface of semiconductor chips by the sputter coating process, which play a key role in the performance and function of the chip. For example, they are involved in the formation of semiconductor doping layers, barrier layers, and other structures, which help to realise the transmission and control of electrons and enhance the performance and stability of semiconductor devices.

Solar cell field: It can be used in the manufacture of thin film solar cells. In thin-film solar cells, cadmium selenide can be used as an absorbing layer material, and cadmium selenide is deposited on the substrate to form a thin film through sputtering targets, which can effectively absorb sunlight and convert it into electricity, improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.

Optical field: used for the preparation of optical films, such as transmittance enhancement film, reflective film.
