Bi₂Te₃ particles are an important functional material with unique physicochemical properties and a wide range of applications.

Basic Information:

Chemical composition: It is composed of two elements, bismuth (Bi) and tellurium (Te), in the ratio of 2:3.
Crystal structure: It belongs to the tripartite crystal system and has a layered structure, which makes Bi₂Te₃ particles have anisotropic physical properties in some directions.

Appearance: usually grey powdery particles.
