Optical field: Barium Titanium Oxide can be used to prepare optical modulation devices, optical switches, optical waveguides and other optical devices due to its certain transmittance in the visible light range and good optical nonlinear effect.

Sensor field: Using its piezoelectricity and ferroelectricity, it can be used to make pressure sensors, temperature sensors, acceleration sensors and other kinds of sensor devices, which can convert external physical signals into electrical signals for detection and measurement.
