BaF₂ target is an important sputtering target with a wide range of applications in several fields.

Application Fields:

Optical field: Barium fluoride has good transparency from ultraviolet to infrared (150-200nm to 11-11.5µm), which can be used to manufacture optical components, such as lenses, window sheets, etc., and has important applications in laser technology, optical instruments, and infrared optics.

Semiconductor field: In the process of semiconductor manufacturing, BaF₂ target can be used for thin film deposition, such as sputtering and other methods to deposit barium fluoride film on the surface of semiconductor chips, play a role in insulation, protection and so on.
