Applications

Preparation of transparent conductive films: Transparent conductive films obtained by sputtering Alumina-doped Zinc Oxide tube targets are widely used in optoelectronic devices such as flat panel displays, touch panels and organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). Its excellent conductivity and optical transparency can not only effectively reduce the resistance of the device and improve the electron mobility, but also significantly improve the image clarity and colour saturation of the display panel, which is an alternative to the traditional indium tin oxide (ITO) material.

Solar cell manufacturing: In the field of solar cells, AZO film can be used as transparent conductive electrode or window layer material.
