Dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de m\u00e9tallurgie des poudres, il est n\u00e9cessaire de m\u00e9langer parfaitement les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne et d&#8217;obtenir une distribution granulom\u00e9trique uniforme pour \u00e9viter toute pollution. Une poudre composite m\u00e9lang\u00e9e doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e par des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux. <\/p><p><b>Moulage par pressage:<\/b> le mat\u00e9riau cible pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par m\u00e9tallurgie des poudres doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9-press\u00e9 pour obtenir un corps cru de densit\u00e9 moyenne. L&#8217;uniformit\u00e9 de sa densit\u00e9 et ses d\u00e9fauts internes affectent le rendement du frittage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape ult\u00e9rieure. <\/p><p><b>Atmosphere sintering: <\/b>The pre-pressed green body needs to undergo one or more high-temperature sintering. Different sintering temperature curves are selected according to different materials, and different sintering environments, such as sintering atmosphere and sintering pressure, are selected to prepare high-density target blanks. <\/p><p><b>Transformation plastique:<\/b> La billette m\u00e9tallique doit subir une d\u00e9formation plastique importante pour obtenir des dimensions de longueur, de largeur et d\u2019\u00e9paisseur suffisantes, et pour permettre aux grains internes de subir une d\u00e9formation en traction suffisante, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant ainsi suffisamment de dislocations internes. \uf075 Traitement thermique : Apr\u00e8s que la billette m\u00e9tallique ait subi une grande d\u00e9formation plastique, le processus de traitement thermique est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 en fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques des diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux, de sorte que le mat\u00e9riau m\u00e9tallique puisse \u00eatre recristallis\u00e9 et que la contrainte interne du mat\u00e9riau puisse \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9e. <\/p><p><b>D\u00e9tection de d\u00e9fauts par ultrasons:<\/b> Apr\u00e8s le traitement de l&#8217;\u00e9bauche cible, des ultrasons doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour v\u00e9rifier la pr\u00e9sence de d\u00e9fauts dans le mat\u00e9riau. Une fois l&#8217;\u00e9bauche cible coll\u00e9e \u00e0 la plaque arri\u00e8re, un scanner \u00e0 ultrasons \u00e0 immersion dans l&#8217;eau doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter la couche de liaison et v\u00e9rifier si la zone de collage est conforme \u00e0 la norme. <\/p><p><b>Usinage m\u00e9canique: <\/b>L&#8217;\u00e9bauche cible doit \u00eatre usin\u00e9e par formage m\u00e9canique pr\u00e9cis. La plaque arri\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e en combinaison avec l&#8217;\u00e9bauche cible doit pr\u00e9senter une pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle et une r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa coordination pr\u00e9cise avec l&#8217;\u00e9quipement de rev\u00eatement et le refroidissement par eau haute pression. La difficult\u00e9 d&#8217;usinage est relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e, en particulier pour les plaques arri\u00e8re avec un canal d&#8217;eau de circulation interne. En raison de la particularit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau, le soudage ferm\u00e9 du canal d&#8217;eau est tr\u00e8s difficile et n\u00e9cessite un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage sp\u00e9cifique.   <\/p><p><b>M\u00e9tallisation:<\/b> Avant que la cible vierge et la plaque arri\u00e8re ne soient li\u00e9es, afin d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de mouillage du m\u00e9tal du mat\u00e9riau cible et du mat\u00e9riau cible et de la soudure, la surface de soudage doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9trait\u00e9e afin qu&#8217;une couche de transition soit plaqu\u00e9e sur la surface.<\/p><p><b>Collage: <\/b>Most target materials cannot be directly installed for coating due to the physical or chemical properties of the material. Metal solder is needed to weld the target blank and the back plate together, and the effective bonding rate of the surface needs to reach a large area welding greater than 95%.
