Crystal structure: It has\u00a0 chalcogenide-type crystal structure, in which zinc ions (Zn\u00b2\u207a) and tin ions (Sn\u2074\u207a) together occupy the B-site in the chalcogenide structure, and oxygen ions (O\u00b2-) form a face-centred cubic lattice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Electronic devices: It can be used as channel materials or active layer materials in semiconductor devices such as transistors and field effect tubes. <\/span><\/p>\n
